(2)  CPAC Organizational Process
                (A)    Report on the September 5, 2007 HCDA meeting discussion relating to the CPAC - Deepak Neupane
                (B)    Continued review and discussion of organizational structure, operating procedures and leadership
                          requirements.

The meeting is open to the public.

There is metered parking on Ilalo Street, which is free after 6pm. (So if you park there, you should only have to pay for a 1/2-hour or so.)  Please do not park in the Kaka’ako Waterfront Park parking lot.
