           5.     Acquisition of Land - Kalaeloa

                   The Authority anticipates convening in Executive Meeting on the above item pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(3) and 92-5(a)(4),
                   Hawaii Revised Statutes, to deliberate regarding the authority of persons designated by the Authority to conduct
                   negotiations involving the acquisition of property, and/or to consult with the Authority’s attorney on questions and
                   issues pertaining to the Authority’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities in relation to these agenda items.

            6.  Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Execute a Lease Agreement and Expend HCDA Revolving Funds to

            7.  Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Meet the Remaining Hawaii Community Development Authority
                 (“HCDA”) Obligation for Improvements to the Hawaii Children’s Discovery Center Building and Expend Up to $250,000 from
                 HCDA Revolving Funds to Meet the Obligation?

           8.   Shall the Authority Authorize the Executive Director to Contract with Sea Engineering, Inc. for the Makai Area Open Channel
                 and Box Culvert Improvements and Repairs and Expend Additional Funds from the HCDA Revolving Funds?

Parking for Meeting:


Meeting Parking MapThe Makai area improvement district includes two additional parking lots.  These lots are located at the Kakaako Waterfront and Makai Gateway Parks and are approximately two blocks from the HCDA offices.  On Authority meeting days, these lots will be opened from 8:00 am until 1 hour after conclusion of the Authority meeting and may be used, at no charge, by those attending the meeting.  Free street and metered parking is also available in the area on a first-come first-serve basis.
