Parks

The Kakaako District currently contains over 44 acres of public park areas for the enjoyment of Hawaii's residents and visitors. The HCDA's plan for Kakaako Makai is to create a gathering place with an abundance of parks and open spaces, spacious tree-lined streets and sidewalks that enhance and enrich Hawaii's outdoor environment.
