The Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA) has reopened Ahui Street in its entirety.   HCDA has also permanently closed Koula St., from Ilalo to Olomehani Streets.  HCDA will also be closing Olomehani St., from Ahui St. to Ohe Street to continue construction of the infrastructure improvements.

HCDA anticipates completing the remaining construction work on the Improvement District 12 project, specifically on Olomehani and Ohe Streets, in April 2007.
