KAMEHAMEHA SCHOOLS MASTER PLAN APPLICATION

     Kamehameha Schools (KS) has submitted a master plan application to the Hawaii Community Development Authority for development of approximately 29 acres of its land in Kaka`ako Mauka.

    Called the "Kaiaulu O` Kaka`ako master plan", it proposes a mixed-use urban village.  Major design features of the master plan include improved streetscape, beautification of Auahi Street, and creation of public spaces.

    HCDA staff is reviewing the master plan application.  According to current HCDA rules, a contested case hearing on the master plan is required before any action on the master plan can be taken. 

    HCDA is inviting the public to provide comments on the master plan.  Please click on the button below to submit your comments.
