A&B Kakaako LLC (A&B) developed this mixed-use residential/commercial high-rise complex at 600 Queen Street. The project is located on a 2.7-acre site at the intersection of Queen and South Streets and is diagonally across from the recently completed Honolulu Fire Department Headquarters.
POSEC Hawaii, Inc. is currently constructing the 909 Kapiolani project, a residential/commercial/ industrial complex at the Diamond Head/makai corner of Kapiolani Boulevard and Ward Avenue.
Construction is continuing on the Moana Vista mixed-use residential/commercial/industrial project.
KC Rainbow Development Corporation developed this new complex at 1230 Kapiolani Boulevard.

Victoria Ward, Limited has converted a portion of the existing Ward Centre Parking Structure along Auahi Street into retail shops at the street level.
Constructed at the corner of Piikoi and King Streets is the new Sub-Zero showroom.
Victoria Ward, Limited has developed an entertainment complex on a 3.5 acre lot located at the mauka-Ewa corner of the intersection of Auahi and Kamakee Streets.
Guss & Kopp Development LLC constructed a three-story commercial building at 976 Kapiolani Boulevard.
Construction on the Koolani condominium project at 1189 Waimanu St., near the Nauru Tower and Hawaiki Tower, has been completed.
Construction is nearly completed on Honolulu Design Center, LLC's new retail complex on Kapiolani Boulevard, between Pensacola and Piikoi Streets, as the third phase of the Moana Pacific project also nearing the end of construction. The three-story, 80,000-square-foot Honolulu Design Center will offer furniture showrooms and a cafe (with outdoor seating) on the ground floor. The second floor will be home to INspiration Furniture, wine and ice bars, restaurant and events center. The developer plans to open the center in late January 2007.
