Moana Pacific is a mixed-use residential high-rise complex developed by KC Rainbow Development Corporation, LLC on six acres of land bordered by Kapiolani Boulevard, Pensacola, Piikoi and Kamaile Streets.  The complex includes 720 residential units in two 400-foot towers, and 1,677 parking spaces. In December 2003, the HCDA approved the Planned Development Permit and Joint Development application for this project.  The 360-unit west tower has been opened for occupancy and the 360-unit east tower is still undergoing interior work and is expected to be opened in March 2007.
