Governor Appoints Joseph L. Dwight, IV as HCDA Member
Appointment Confirmed by State Senate
Governor Linda Lingle has appointed Joseph
L. Dwight, IV to serve as a member of the Hawaii Community Development
Authority (HCDA). Dwight's appointment for a term to expire on June 30,
2008 was confirmed by the State Senate on October 31, 2007.
Joseph, President and State Manager of First American Title Company,
Inc. is a graduate of Kamehameha Schools. He received his BA from
the University of Hawaii at Manoa and juris doctor from the William S.
Richardson School of Law. Prior to joining First American
Title Company, Joseph practiced law with the firm of Stubenberg &
Durrett, Attorneys at Law. He is a member of the Young
Presidents’ Organization and the Hawaii State Bar Association and also
serves as a trustee of the Le Jardin Academy.
