        D.    Work in small self-selected and theme-based groups to develop  some
               Guiding Principles from words, terms and ideas in each category.

        E.    Halfway through the time allotted for guiding principles, members will make
               one rotation to a different self-selected group and use the same process
               as in D.

        F.    All Guiding Principle nominations for each theme will be collected and posted
               for viewing.

        G.   Between meetings, CPAC members will be urged to study the posted
              Guiding Principles nominated from this meeting and submit additional ones
              for posting and review by email and fax   in preparation for the
              July 8 meeting.
